taming your overlocker Course Details
An overlocker, or serger, is a versatile sewing aid that can intimidate even confident sewers. The sewing course gives an introduction to overlocker techniques and is designed to give students the confidence to use their machine to its full potential. During these classes, students work on a number of samples that are a take home reminder of what can be achieved.
You'll need to bring your overlocker and instruction manual to class. That's the machine you'll be taming. Did we mention the instruction manual? If you've lost or misplaced it, it's likely that you'll be able to find the information online.
This class is open to everyone: home sewers, hobbyists and professionals. It's also available as part of the Professional Program or HSC Textiles Program.
